Bag out by 8 AM on route day. Finished garments return to your door on the next route day.

Questions

Before you ask

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

No. Leave your bag on the front doorstep by 8:00 AM on your scheduled day and we'll take it from there. Finished garments are returned to your door — you'll get a text when they arrive.

What does pickup & delivery cost?

Nothing — the route is free. You only pay for the cleaning itself, priced the same as in-store, with a $10 minimum per order.

How fast will I get my garments back?

Three days. Items picked up Monday come back Thursday; items picked up Thursday come back Monday.

What can I send out?

Dry cleaning, professional laundry, wash-dry-fold, household fabrics, unfitted alterations, and wedding gowns — the full menu of our services.

How do special instructions work?

Add them to your order notes in the portal — “heavy starch,” “crease sleeves,” where a stain is. They're saved to your preferences for next time, too.
